A candidate who has registered for Training, via our website or in-person may cancel or defer such registration at any time; subject, however to the Cancellation Policy contained in this document.A candidate is said to have registered for Training for any of our offered programmes when WEIRCAPACITY (“the Company”) has received payment in full for the training.In order to cancel or reschedule a Training registration, a candidate is required to submit an email request to training@weircapacity.com.Cancellations received up to 10 business days prior to the commencement date of the registered training session will not be charged the training fee.Cancellations made 3-10 business days prior to the commencement of the registered training session will be invoiced the full training fee. As a courtesy, the Company may allow a candidate to apply 50% of payment toward a similar future Training Course within one year of the cancellation date. Cancellations made 1-3 business days prior to the commencement of the registered training session, and no-shows, are subject to payment for the full amount without future training credit. Registrant substitutions may, however, be considered at the sole discretion of the Company.Please note that a candidate who fails to cancel or attend a registered training session will forfeit the entire payment for training.

WEIRCAPACITY reserves the right to cancel or postpone a scheduled training session at any time, including but not limited to, lack of adequate registration, classroom, equipment or trainer availability.Notification will be provided within 14 days of the class, whenever possible.Registrants will be refunded their full training and examination fees where a cancellation is initiated by the Company. Where, however, the Company postpones the training, Registrants may opt to be refunded their training fees only and examinations fees will be applied to the next scheduled training and examination session. Notice will be provided with the option to reschedule for a future training date or to receive a refund of applicable registration fees.WEIRCAPACITY will not liable for any direct, or indirect, consequential or special damages that may be incurred due to a cancellation of a scheduled training, including, but not limited to, cancellation penalties for transportation or accommodations. The prospective candidates’ sole remedy shall be the refund of prepaid training fees, as applicable.
