Working with the Regional Power Pools and the AfDB, the Capacity Building on PPP in Transmission Lines project explored opportunities for the use of PPPs in the delivery of Transmission Lines across Africa, while equipping the key players in the sector with the skills required for the delivery of PPPs.

Working on this project with the Federal Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development (FMARD), our meticulous oversight and strategic guidance streamlined contract management processes and ensured close performance monitoring to ensure compliance and achievement of the concession objective.
