Maiye Samuel Precious is an agriculture and development professional with experience supporting consulting assignments, public-sector projects, and donor-funded programmes across agriculture, WASH, infrastructure, public–private partnerships (PPPs), and institutional development. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture and demonstrates strong competence in proposal development, terms of reference (ToR) analysis, sector research, expert CV/profile management, and project documentation.

He has supported expressions of interest (EOIs) and requests for proposals (RFPs) through technical writing, work planning, and evidence-based research at a consulting firm. He also gained public-sector experience during his National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) placement at the Federal Ministry of Agriculture and Food Security, where he contributed to administrative functions, reporting, and the development of project proposals.

His professional background is reinforced by hands-on agricultural training in crop production, food processing, horticulture, pest and disease control, irrigation, and post-harvest management.

Maiye is detail-oriented and analytical, with proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and strong written and verbal communication skills. He has work experience in Nigeria, is fluent in English and Yoruba, and has a working knowledge of French.
