This intensive, week-long training is designed to equip participants with the knowledge and practical tools needed to ensure compliance and effective management of Public-Private Partnership (PPP) contracts throughout all phases of a project. The course explores the PPP process, contract and process compliance, contract management, and introduces participants to Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) frameworks. It combines interactive lectures, case studies, and role-playing exercises to reinforce concepts such as governance structures, performance monitoring, variation management, and adaptive performance optimization strategies across both construction and operational stages.
