
Osayemwen Idahosa is a Project Officer at Weircapacity Limited, with experience supporting infrastructure, environmental, and public–private sector projects across NGO, government, and private-sector initiatives. He contributes to structured project delivery, compliance oversight, and effective stakeholder coordination.
In his role, Osayemwen supports project implementation by monitoring contractor performance, ensuring adherence to technical, environmental, and contractual requirements, and tracking progress against agreed timelines and budgets. He also supports project monitoring, reporting, and risk management through the development of performance tools and management reports aligned with donor and regulatory standards.
He contributes to business development activities, including opportunity identification, market research, and the preparation of expressions of interest (EOIs) as well as technical and financial proposals for multilateral, bilateral, government, and private-sector programmes. This work supports strategic positioning and informed decision-making across priority sectors.
Osayemwen holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a BSc (Hons) in Agricultural Economics and Extension Services, bringing a disciplined and results-oriented approach to project delivery at Weircapacity.
