Project Outcome: The gap in human capacity within an organization hinders its growth potential. Public finance institutions in Nigeria are responsible for the planning, budgeting, financing, and documentation of projects delivered by infrastructure agencies. The capacity building program was designed to enhance capacity within these agencies, for better understanding of project finance and contract management.
